Do you spend more time thinking about the future or the past? Why?

Whether I am reflecting on the past or contemplating the future, I find myself focused on the same fundamental ideas. The characters may differ, each with their own names, outfits, and abilities, but I have observed that time tends to repeat itself.

I often experience a cycle of emotions: love, grief, passion, and apathy. At the moment, I find myself feeling a sense of apathy in certain areas of my life, while in others, I am filled with deep love. I recognize that grief will always be present, regardless of how much love and passion I experience.
