First, I don’t want to be perceived; if I am being perceived, I don’t want to know about it. I hope that people say I am altruistic, that I exist, and that I have positively impacted their lives.
I try to be authentic in every interaction; with this, I think it is important to make sure everyone is heard. True authenticity isn’t just about being myself—it’s about creating a space where others feel safe to be themselves. I believe that everyone has a story, a perspective, or a need that deserves acknowledgment, and I strive to ensure my presence adds value to their lives in some way, no matter how small.
If people say anything about me, I hope I treat them with kindness and respect, even in moments of disagreement or difficulty. That I made them feel seen, valued, and supported. I stood by my principles and cared deeply about the well-being of those around me. Ultimately, I want to be remembered not for what I accomplished but for how I made others feel and the positive energy I left behind.
