I am obsessed with making breakfast foods, especially if I can have them in the middle of the day. Yesterday, I stopped by Trader Joe’s and picked up Pastrami Smoked Salmon, Hashbrowns, and Avocado to make a protein packed post massage and workout lunch. Preparation was pretty easy, so I won’t go into detail.
I pan fried the hashbrown square, fried the egg over easy, mashed the avocado with cherry tomato, and added everything but the bagel and hot sauce on top. This took about 20 minutes to make, and it was so delicious.
