I frequently look for fiber supplements because I had part of my colon removed back in 2020 and my gallbladder removed in 2021. While traveling in Toronto, I discovered this item at an Asian grocery store called Holy Crap. This is my review.

I make it with almond milk, and it works in a couple of hours, so maybe it isn’t the best thing to eat before leaving for work. I would recommend eating this after a large meal. Because it has chia seeds, it can feel a little slimy after soaking them for 5 minutes, so keep that in mind if you have issues with texture. The serving size is small, but it is very filling. I am going to start mixing it into yogurt to help out with the texture.
