For me growing up, Sunday meant going to church for several hours and spending time with friends and the Christian Community. When I left the church 17 or so years ago, I felt that I needed something to do, to replace the tradition. As an Atheist, I no longer require church or religion, however, I do enjoy the calm and surety that comes with Sunday Breakfast. Each Sunday morning I spend about an hour putting together a savory breakfast that is generally too big for just one person, but as a hermit, there are few opportunities to share my skills.

This morning I made a crab, cream cheese, and broccoli omelet with tomatoes. I know that probably sounds disgusting, and I don’t have a picture but it was delicious. More pictures to come once I actually start taking pictures of the food that I eat. The photo below is a stock photo…
