I went back to Curio NOLA for dinner and had the Crawfish Cavatappi, and I took the bread pudding home for dessert. I sat down and chatted with the bartender Lisa and told her about how she inspired me to learn how to make the perfect Old Fashioned. She, as always, was incredibly kind. We talked about the impact of the pandemic on the French Quarter, it has been difficult and completely devastating for many restaurants.
